Please note that once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to it. A new order will need to be placed and the original order cancelled as per policy.
However, we understand that mistakes do happen! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” within 60 minutes of your purchase. Please note, it is only possible to cancel your order, if our warehouse has not started processing it yet.
Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct shipping address at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.
All orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery option. However, we will be happy to help if you can send us an email to email@example.com with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” within 60 minutes of your purchase. Please note, it is only possible to cancel your order, if our warehouse has not started processing it yet. Also, payment made for the order are non-refundable and will be stored as store credits if the item is not available
If you haven't received an order confirmation, it could be due to these reasons:
1) your order has not been approved yet.
2) your order confirmation e-mail could have been caught in your junk mail folder.
3) there is a spelling mistake in your email address. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will re-send you your order confirmation.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. During peak periods, a delay may occur and you will be notified by our Customer Service team accordingly.
I have received a wrong order or product
If you have received a wrong order or product, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a product image and we will look into the matter.
For all orders within Singapore, please allow between 3 to 5 business days, and 1 to 2 business days for express orders.
Complimentary shipping for orders above S$100. Standard shipping charges applies at S$5.00, and S$15.00 for express shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk mail folder and see if you have provided the correct e-mail address upon checkout. You are always welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any questions.
Your package could have been sent back to us if the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.
In cases like this, we can attempt to resend the package at the relevant shipping fee payable to Little Boo.
Returns And Exchanges
We accept return and exchange should the items is/are damaged or defective. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days upon receipt of parcel with your order number. We will assess the product defect and upon confirmation, we will process your exchange within 30 business days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unused with tags and in its original packaging.
Should the product is the last piece available, we will offer you a return in the form of credits equivalent to the price of the product as we unfortunately do not accept refunds.
We are unable to accept return and exchange for other reasons i.e wrong size due to hygiene standards for our little one.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, therefore you are welcome to choose your local courier.
